Shipping
After you place your order, we will take 1-3 business days to prepare it for shipment. We will contact you via email in the event that we need to delay the initial shipment of your product.
Lost or Stolen packages
We will ship your packages via the United States Postal Service. In case of a lost or stolen package, please contact them at usps.com and provide your tracking number to file a claim.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please feel free to contact us if there is a problem with your order, and we will gladly work with you to rectify the situation. Once your order has been placed, a refund will only be offered if you cancel within 24 hours of purchasing.
